Sarah Nuttridge

Sarah (Sare) started her yoga journey over eight years ago when diagnosed with Osteoarthritis. The journey of using yoga for her own healing blossomed into a desire to help other people. Sare is trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha etc. and loves to talk all things yoga. She is particularly passionate about helping people with chronic conditions. She loves to provide students with options and props so they may customise their practice for their body, breath and mind. She also a skilled Thai Yoga Masseuse and is known for giving beautiful mini massages during her Restorative Yoga classes.
