In this module we will draw upon the core models of InSync Yoga to learn how to effectively teach a range of Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. Although both approaches can bring deep relaxation, healing and expanded awareness, Yin practice can be surprisingly challenging and offers some unique gifts.
You will learn essential poses and sequences, creative and appropriate use of props, guided meditations including yogic enquiry and ways to help facilitate deep mind-body release and healing.
The contact modules run for 3 days
