We welcome beginners right through to the most experienced yogis. We offer a diverse range of classes, programs and courses to help you create the best body, mind and life. InSync Yoga offers a complete approach to the development of your body, mind and life. It combines the best of ancient and contemporary wisdom making it easily accessible for today’s world.
We also offer InSync Yoga Teacher Training and InSync Yoga Learning Pathways for those who want to deepen their knowledge and practice of yoga as well as individual coaching and mentoring. Our classes incorporate breathing practices, mindfulness and meditative techniques designed to really settle the mind and body and help you feel great. Whichever class you attend, the teacher will endeavour to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable — even if you’ve never done yoga before.

Feel balanced and connected. Using a combination of all five elements this general yoga class offers options suitable for all levels of experience. Come to this class to feel energised, focused and connected. The class includes steady postures, flowing sequences and a range of other practices.

This class is slow and strong with options given for all levels of strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners to the experienced yogi.

We will no longer be using the Mindbody booking app from Saturday 17 December. Instead simply email admin@insyncbml.online to book your class. Include the day and time of the class and whether it is a single class pass or 10 class pass you are using or if you are using previously existing credit. Remember you can book either one or multiple classes on that email.
We now have two options. A ten class pass or paying separately for each class.
If you feel that you deserve a concession rate just pay the concession rate!
