Kieran is the founder and director of InSync Yoga, InSync Body Mind Life and the InSync Body Mind Life System.
He has conducted transformative programs for thousands of individuals and organizations for over 40 years.

His deep learning and practical application of distilled yoga wisdom has helped so many people experience greater well being, happiness and effectiveness. Kieran is one of Australia’s most experienced yoga and meditation teachers, leadership and life coaches.
He is an inspired learner who has trained hundreds of yoga teachers.

He has developed InSync Yoga to enable you to develop a profoundly connected relationship with your body, mind and life.
