InSync offers a variety of specialised training modules both online and face-to-face. These can be done as stand alone modules for your personal development or form a part of your teacher training program or continuing development.
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
We offer 3 primary levels of yoga teacher training: 200hr, 350hr and 500hr as well as opportunities to continue developing your yoga training beyond 1000 hours.
Each level builds from the previous one and can offer you a higher degree of training and specialisation. In the 350hr and above you can choose from various specialisations including yoga therapy, yin and restorative yoga, meditation & mindfulness teaching, pre-natal yoga and more.
