Quick Course Highlights

Over 2 decades of training hundreds of teachers through a combination of face-to-face and online yoga teacher training modules.

Learn Real Yoga From a Real Yogi

InSync has successfully trained hundreds of teachers over the last 20 years. Our curriculum has been developed by the course’s primary teacher, Kieran O’Callaghan, and continues to evolve and improve. Kieran draws upon over 4 decades of teaching experience and daily practice. The course is rich with the accumulated wisdom and experience of the very best teachers that have guided him.

Innovative, Simplified and Empowered Learning

Kieran has been able to simplify and empower the learning process. He has identified the essential mechanics underlying highly effective practice. Learning yoga with InSync is like learning the grammar of a language that quickly enables you to gain fluency, confidence and freedom. You don’t just learn one style of yoga but the essence of yoga so you can teach anyone according to their needs. You will be able to teach a diverse range of classes from stronger dynamic practices to the gentlest. This could include helping a grandmother with a healing practice in a hospital bed!

Flexible Learning Format

Designed to accommodate those with busy lives, our modular approach gives you the flexibility to choose which modules you do and when. We offer a combination of online modules and face-to-face contact modules (includes Covid safe options).

3 Primary Levels of Yoga

Although there are three primary levels of training – 200, 350 and 500-hour training – there is also the opportunity to continue your learning to 1000-hour and beyond.

Choose your training duration

Our courses enable you adapt the learning to your individual life circumstances.
You have the flexibility to determine the time you wish to take to complete your training. Some students complete quickly, others more slowly. As a general guide we encourage students to complete the 200 hour training within 12 months and the 350 hours within 2 years.

What Our Students Say…

Yoga teacher training students and graduates share their experiences of the InSync Yoga Teacher Training Course

Our Highly Experienced Primary Teacher is here to guide you

From early life, Kieran had a strong desire to help others and understand life, people and how and why we can all have such different experiences in life.

The same quest to support others and understand yoga has helped him go beyond the various styles and cultural clothing of yoga and tune into its essence. This know-how is at the heart of InSync yoga. It includes the knowledge and practices to rapidly create an expansive, calm, clear mind, an open, joyful heart and a vital body that feels so good.

Kieran was very fortunate to experience the transformative power of a daily asana, pranayama, and meditation practice whilst still a teenager.

Profound experiences inspired him with the vision that yoga can awaken the full potential of your body, mind, and life. He sought out and found some of the very best teachers to guide him on his journey. He has been teaching, learning and sharing the wisdom of yoga for over 40 years.

Kieran discovered that the wisdom of yoga is the wisdom of life and it can not only create vital, joyful empowered individuals but also vibrant, connected communities.
