Brendan Mulhall’s passion for yoga and mindful practices is derived from a quest to understand and quieten the mind. He has been meditating for over 20 years. Over recent times, he has found that yoga has become a wonderful tool for not only fitness and flexibility. But also to prepare the body and mind for meditation.
The philosophy and wisdom underpinning yoga have helped him with his personal journey. It provided an amazing and insightful framework for understanding. And overcoming his personal unconscious barriers, improve relationships and lead a more fulfilling life.
Since becoming a certified InSync yoga instructor, he has been teaching yoga to groups ranging from beginners to a basic fitness level, to very fit cycling groups. With his age and having a body that wasn’t flexible. Has given him a strong appreciation that yoga is for all ages, shapes, sizes, and skill levels.
After 20 years of using a number of psychological tools to develop individuals and teams, Brendan came across the Enneagram which is a tool that not only provides a precise and rich map of human diversity, but can be used as a guide for human spirituality and transformation. It has helped Brendan with his personal journey and provided an amazing and insightful framework for understanding and overcoming his personal unconscious barriers, improve relationships and lead a more fulfilling life.
Brendan became a certified Enneagram teacher in 2013 and has enjoyed facilitating workshops using this wonderful process since. He also has a passion for teaching mindfulness techniques, and is a long time Vipassana meditator.
