Lynn first started practising yoga when she was diagnosed with postnatal depression. However, she soon discovered all the benefits yoga could bring – not only with how to be a mother but also how to cope with life in general. Within the first year of doing yoga, Lynn decided she wanted to become a yoga teacher. However, she felt a bit hesitant due to the fact that she was not very flexible.
Two years ago, after waking up in the middle of the night with a strong calling, Lynn started studying to become a yoga teacher at InSync. Since starting her training, Lynn’s life has changed for the better. It has also been very comforting to know that yoga is for everyone. This is what Lynn aims to share with everyone in her classes.
Lynn prefers a gentle and soothing approach to her teaching because she believes that in our busy lives, it’s good to take a bit of time out and just relax!
